The Human Element: Beyond the Boardroom

Married for 24 years with two children, currently carving their own paths. One is studying architecture at FIU, and one is heading to Tallahassee this fall. We are very proud, and they are the reason I prioritize honesty and integrity in everything I build and do.

From the streets of Hong Kong to the fields of Provence to the plains of Wyoming, I’ve immersed myself in cultures that shaped a worldview of acceptance and modesty. Travel can be the ultimate educator of communication and meaningful connection.

Whether backpacking through three continents or finishing Tough Mudders, I believe you never know your limits until you test them. My guiding question: “When was the last time you did something for the very first time in your life?”

Seven years of coaching on the flag football field taught me that leadership is most rewarding when you're shaping the next generation. Beyond the plays, I focused on teaching sportsmanship and integrity, values that remain the foundation of the relationships I still hold with many of those players today, a legacy that I'm very proud of.
